China Ends the 25/26 Crop Producing Nearly 13 mmt of Sugar

● China officially concluded its 25/26 (Oct/Sep) crop after the last sugar mill in Yunnan completed crushing operations on June 27.

● As a final result, sugar production in China reached 12.966 mmt in 25/26, up 16.7% from 24/25 — the highest volume in 12 years.

● In Guangxi, sugar production totaled 7.70 mmt (+19.1%), while Yunnan contributed 2.94 mmt (+21.5%).
